OUR HISTORY

Corporate Jets has been meeting the exacting needs of business aviation since 1982 from our worldwide headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. In April of 2006, Landmark Aviation (now owned by the Encore group) purchased several fixed base operators, creating an impressive chain of aviation service companies which included Corporate Jets. Corporate Jets Customer base and airport fueling operations were absorbed by Landmark Aviation. In November, 2008, Landmark sold Corporate Jets to aviation veteran Richard Hodkinson (see employee bios), who also acquired the West Coast operation of First Flight based in Van Nuys, California, which he had started in July of 2008. These two acquisitions, coupled with an impressive team of aviation veterans, many of which Hodkinson worked with in the past, make up the Corporate Jets of today. Drawing on the best facets of both companies as well as his impressive track record, Hodkinson has built a company that delivers excellence in aviation expertise for both its aircraft management and charter customers and aircraft sales and acquisition customers.
